Does The Thought of Christmas Fill You With Stress and Worry?


Then believe me you are not alone! 

Whilst many people absolutely looooove Christmas, and all things glittery and can’t wait to put their decorations up as soon as Bonfire Night is over, for others the lead up to Christmas and all the worries that go with it can be overwhelming.

Christmas is “supposed” to be a time of joy and good will but for many it can be full of stress, anxiety, disappointment and loneliness. The TV adverts show us happy laughing families, sitting around the dinner table, eating the perfectly cooked Christmas Dinner, the children smiling and happy after receiving copious amounts of expensive presents, all having an amazing time!  However in reality it can be very different!

Juggling work, home, children, finances and family can leave you feeling much more “bah humbug” that “jingle bells!”

If you have lost a loved one, Christmas can also be filled with sadness and grief, along with loneliness.

I completely understand all of this and so I wanted to share some amazing tools and techniques including the simple to learn but incredibly powerful tool that is Tapping aka Emotional Freedom Technique.

Which is why I have created the “Coping With Chrismas Tapping Group”.  It starts on Wed 28th November, but don’t worry if you haven’t joined yet, you can join us anytime during December and watch the videos at your leisure.
