Hello, and how are you today? I hope you are good.

Today’s blog post comes from a request in a facebook group I am in for holistic therapists, where someone asked if an EFT Practitioner could share a video they had to help anyone suffering with anxiety around Covid 19 and so I offered to create one, and here it is!

I can imagine a lot of people are feeling anxious and worried at this time, for themselves and around their loved ones too, as the Corona Virus pandemic continues.

Start by checking in with yourself on how you are feeling, and notice where in your body you are feeling it.  Then give it a number between 0-10 where 0 is not feeling anything at all and 10 is as bad it gets.  Then follow along with my video and let me know how you get on.

If negative feelings or emotions do come up for you, remember to keep breathing and to keep tapping around all of the tapping points until you feel them subsiding.

If you would like me to create a tap-along video for you, that you don’t mind me sharing with my group then please get in touch and I will use your words and emotions as the basis for the tap-along.

If you would prefer a 1-2-1 session, where we can work specifically on how you are feeling right now and we can go into more deeply than in a group session, please get in touch.  I can still do tapping sessions over the phone, via Zoom or using Facetime.
