Hello my lovely, today over in my facebook A Little Bit of Calm, I asked how everyone was feeling and Alessandro said “I’m struggling Sarah, I don’t go out much but I have one day to myself when I do and I enjoy having a coffee and watching the world go by and doing a bit of shopping. And now I feel I’ve been robbed of that”…. and that makes her feel “angry because we’re all doing what we can to save ourselves but a few selfish people think this is a holiday and go sunning themselves at the beaches”.
I can imagine a lot of people are feeling the same way at this time, as we continue to be on lockdown to help the NHS with the prevention of spreading the Corona Virus and so I created this tap-along video to see if it could help to lift your mood.
Start by checking in with yourself on how you are feeling, and notice where in your body you are feeling it. Then give it a number between 0-10 where 0 is not feeling anything at all and 10 is as bad it gets. Then follow along with my video and let me know how you get on.
If negative feelings or emotions do come up for you, remember to keep breathing and to keep tapping around all of the tapping points until you feel them subsiding.
