Today, 10th October is Mental Health Day.
How are you? ….. 3 little words that are often answered with I’m fine or I’m Ok when actually inside you are feeling something completely different.
I’m not quite sure why its so acceptable to talk about your physical pain but seen as unacceptable to talk about your emotional pain. Anxiety, grief, depression, stress, overwhelm, anger, guilt – the list goes on!
You should never be ashamed to talk about how you feel and if you ever want help, all you need to do is get in touch and I will be glad to help.
Mental Health IS treatable and I have been very privileged and humbled to be part of many peoples journeys back to a better place in their lives using my toolbox of therapies.
